Q: Hi Anuraq, currently I can only personalise my WA messages in the message column of the excel sheet.
Is it possible to create another column in the excel sheet for "Dear "First Name" and leaving the message column strictly for the core message?
This will enable us to use the same campaign excel sheet with the contact nos and first names for other campaigns simply by changing only the message column.
Appreciate yr response.

Jul 15, 2025A: You can first create a "Message" column using all the variables you want to personalize. Once your messages are ready, simply copy and paste that column into your final Excel sheet before uploading it to WbizTool.
