Q: Inquiry About Anti-Spam Mechanisms and Message Rate Limits in WbizTool
How WbizTool handles WhatsApp messaging limits, especially for normal WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business app numbers (not API). As you know, WhatsApp has strict policies, and sending too many messages in a short period can easily get numbers blocked.
Does WbizTool have any built-in mechanism to help users avoid this? For example, is there a feature that prevents users from sending more than the allowed number of messages per hour from any registered number, so sending stays healthy and numbers are safe from being blocked?
If such a mechanism does not exist, I believe it would be valuable to add an option in the WbizTool setup where each user can set their own maximum messages per time period. This should be dynamic, so if Meta changes the quota in the future, users can easily update it and keep their accounts protected.

Jun 29, 2025A: Healthy rate limit is within 150 messages/hour and between every message we have wait time of around 5s.
Also keep messages useful for your customers instead of sending spammy, unsolicited messages. That is a general hygiene, no matter you use wbiztool or not
