Q: Question About Messages + Feasibility

Thank you for coming to Appsumo. I would really appreciate your answers on the below. We are talking about Tier 3.
1) The following is my use case: I want to share a message to about 50 groups. The message type will either be text+link or text+image or a combination of these. Can I automate this with your tool.
2) You mention the limit as 20,000 messages per month. Is this per number out of the 5 or pooled across all the five numbers ?
3) What counts as a message ? If I share a message as per question #1, would it be 1 message or 50 messages or something else.
4) What are some other AI integrated automations your tool can do ? Can we use it as a chatbot that answers to queries automatically ?

1. Yes you can send messages to groups with text, link, images etc
2. It's total across all accounts
3. 50 Messages, as you are sending 50 times to 50 groups
4. We have seamlessly automated sending part, we don't automate replies as of now.
Jimmy-GeorgePLUSThank you for your clarification. Just to make sure we are on the same page, I can share a message to about 50 groups WITHOUT selecting 5 groups one by one, right ? Also, is there a max number of groups I can select at one go with your tool ?
You can just add all group names with message in excel & upload.
There is no limit in terms of no. of groups you are sending messages to as long as you are within the message quota of your Tier.
