Q: Required External Tools ?
My use case is posting/sharing a message to about 50 groups in an automated way. Can I achieve this task with WbizTool alone or are there any external automation tools like Zapier or Pabbly required ? I am a bit confused about the integration options.
Also, when you say that I can upload an excel with the list of groups and instruct the to to post, am I also required to populate the list of phone numbers from all the groups to that excel sheet ? Do you have any demo videos that shows the tool functionality that I can take a look at

Apr 20, 2025A: No you have to just put group names in the excel csv, not all the numbers in that group.
so instead of whatsapp number, put group name
there are two ways to send messages:-
1. Just upload the csv with group name & the message & wbiztool will send messages, just simple quick way
2. If you dont want to upload everytime & want messages to trigger everytime there is a new entry in the sheet. Then you can easily set up that workflow using Pabbly/Zapier etc. Pabbly will trigger the flow whenever there is a new entry in the sheet.
