Q: Whatsapp account is deactivated

Hi, I have been using Wbiz for a few days, but unfortunately my Whatapp account is deactivated by Whatapp after about 30-40 messages sent and I have to request a review. This then takes a few hours to a day. Also the connection in Wbiz is then no longer active. What is the reason for this? Can I only send a few messages at a time? There are only 100 entries in my Excel spreadsheet.

A: whatsapp only deactivates if you are sending too many promotional/spammy messages. Hence we have posted these guidelines on the website.

Please follow them:-
Send utility-focused updates only to users who have opted in. Do not do cold reachout
Personalise each message (e.g., “Hi Anurag—you’d asked about the Ignite video, so here it is.”).
Send helpful content, reminder, confirmation instead of generic promotions.
Send <150 message in a day from one number
Warm up new numbers before sending messages. Do not use completely brand new whatsapp numbers.
