Hello, if we send out bulk messages to people, and people reply, do the responses appear on wbiztool or is this only a one way bulk messaging appumo deal? Basically, can we use wbiztool to manage sending and receiving messages in this appsumo deal?

Jul 12, 2025A: You can do both, the deal specifically covers automating bulk message sending. Setting up automations based on incoming messages or via API is available as a paid monthly add-on, as this feature is currently in beta.
