This is a solid tool. I am so happy I do not have to go through all the Meta's API configuration. With WBizTool, I just have to read the QR code and I am good to go! Amazing!!!

I have successfully integrated the tool with Make, Albato and Pabbly. The integration using the documentation is very straight forward.

This is a solid tool that works. The support from Anurag has been great.

Wbiz is a surprisingly solid tool for agencies. I hadn't come across it before, even though it's been around since 2018 — maybe this marks a fresh relaunch or a new chapter for them. My overall experience was really positive, and I'd happily rate it five tacos.

That said, here are a few thoughts, suggestions, and areas where I think the developers could make it even better:

-Setup
The setup process is quick and straightforward—no hassle at all.

- API Experience
Sending messages through the API is just as easy. It works well with simple text and image URLs, and my initial tests ran smoothly using Boost Space (make.com).

Note:
If you are using Boost space you will have to use an HTTP model, they still don't have a direct integration with Boost space but the setup is simple using their API endpoint.

- What Went Wrong
When I tried to push the platform to its limit by uploading an excel sheet with a list of numbers (only three numbers) with a long text message things went wrong. It started sending messages in a continuous loop and wouldn’t stop. I had to delete my WhatsApp number just to make it stop. Issue reported to the dev. team., issues with platforms is normal and that's why we test them to help the Dev. team improve it.

- Advice to users:
Be careful when testing. Don’t use a customer’s number right away. Always test with your own number or a dedicated test number to avoid any serious issues.

-Suggestions for the Development Team:
* Implement a WhatsApp number verification system to ensure messages are only sent to numbers registered on WhatsApp.

* Consider creating a Discord or Facebook group to build a stronger community around your product.

* Upgrade the live chat widget — the current one could use some improvement in both design and usability.

* Work on reducing support response times to improve the overall customer experience.

My impression was very positive. I bought Level 1 to test it, and at first there was an issue where the QR code for connection wasn't generating on the page. However, the support team responded quickly, and it worked. The documentation is very well done, so I was able to connect to Boost.Space very easily. Since I need to send messages to a group, I will need to upgrade to Level 2."

I was looking into sending whatsapp messages automatically after someone applied to one of my jobs. I was looking into the meta api, but the cost per message is quite high. And quite a difficult process.

With this tool I needed just a couple of hours to connect everything and set-up pabbly connect to automate the sending of whatsapp messages.

At first there was a hickup with the servers and sending took a long time, but that was temporary and fixed quickly. And now today its working and sending messages in a few minutes. Talked about it with the team they confirmed such a change and slowdown is very rare. So I am happy with the tool.

Had to find out that you have to input recipient numbers in a specific format otherwise the Systems says Invalid number after hours of waiting.
Example for Germany
Correct: 49xxxxxxxx
Not Correct: 0049.., +49...

But otherwise if you connect your number to the account you have to input in this format: 0049...

Maybe you should make the Inputs more robust. Also the window title of the dashboard site is "dashbaord" and the copyright from 2023.
