I am writing this review to strongly advise against using WbizTool for your WhatsApp messaging needs. What is advertised as a simple, efficient, and cost-effective solution has turned into a frustrating, deceptive, and ultimately unusable experience.

My primary grievance revolves around the number verification process, which is painstakingly slow to the point of making the service practically unusable. I was left waiting an unreasonable amount of time, rendering any attempt to utilize the platform futile. This immediate, crippling barrier to entry severely undermines the entire product.

Furthermore, there is a significant issue with the pricing and package claims, which are highly misleading. Despite the advertising explicitly stating "Fixed affordable pricing with no per-message fees," I was charged exactly the same amount per month for a service that I could not even properly access or use. This discrepancy feels like a blatant misrepresentation and borders on deception. There is no transparency regarding this recurring charge, especially for a non-functional service.

To make matters worse, I discovered that receiving incoming messages, a fundamental aspect of two-way communication, requires an additional, unadvertised fee. This detail is conspicuously absent from their marketing, which champions "fixed affordable pricing" and positions the tool as a "powerful messaging hub." For any business needing to engage in real conversations with customers (e.g., handling replies to order confirmations, queries, or reminders), this hidden cost renders WbizTool completely unusable within the scope of their advertised "fixed pricing" offer. It fundamentally breaks the promise of a complete, cost-effective messaging solution.

To compound these issues, the technical support is completely unresponsive. When faced with the aforementioned problems – the endless verification, the questionable billing, and the unexpected limitations on functionality – I attempted to reach out for assistance, but my attempts were met with absolute silence. A service that positions itself as a critical business tool yet offers zero support for critical malfunctions is fundamentally flawed and unreliable.

The promise of "instant setup," "zero documentation or approval processes," and "fixed upfront pricing" simply does not align with the reality of my experience. When a service fails at its most basic functions (setup and verification), then proceeds to charge you for that failure, hides critical functionality behind an additional paywall, and remains silent to your pleas for help, it's a huge red flag.

Given the non-existent customer support, the crippled functionality due to verification issues, the deceptive hidden costs for incoming messages, and the overall misleading advertising, I strongly do not recommend WbizTool. It has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal and unfortunately, it genuinely feels like a fraudulent operation designed to take your money without delivering on its promises, or at least without being transparent about the true cost of a functional service. Save yourself the headache and your money; look for alternatives.

This is an app I’ve purchased, refunded a couple of times, then finally decided I can’t ignore — even if I’m not using it fully right now. It just felt like a must-have.

The app itself is solid. I tested their API and connected it to Make.com workflows easily. It works great for sending marketing messages and updates, though it doesn’t support two-way messaging yet.

What’s really nice is that they’ve released major updates recently, adding new features and improving the platform overall. They also introduced a new add-on called UniBox (monthly subscription) , but it’s not included in the current plan — I feel like it should’ve been part of the higher-tier packages.

Support needs improvement — they should upgrade to a proper ticketing system, as messages sometimes get lost or ignored. It has gotten better, but there’s still room for improvement.

I took a Tier 5 plan and I'm currently testing the tool's features: 5/5! Easy to install, messages arrive quickly, and support replies within 5 minutes. For me, it's flawless!

This is great for many of my clients who prefer WhatsApp to communicate. Well worth the money.
