This is a excellent tool. Extremely useful if WhatsApp is part of your marketing strategy! I host virtual summits and other events and my audience doesn't engage with email in the way US audiences do, so I needed to find another way to get them to open messages and click links. I used Wbiztool to send out a WhatsApp message to about 220+ contacts telling them to join my summit FB group. Before the message, only 11 of those 220+ people joined the group, after one WA message it jumped to about 30, then 50 and finished at about 100. My engagement shot through the roof and the follow up action also drastically increased. People also seemed to appreciate the messaged and asked for more event reminders to be sent out. I'm strongly considering upgrading to tier 2 or 3.

My only complaint is that the tutorials need to be better organised, more accessible and placed on one channel. Initially I had a hard time figuring out how to use the tool, the videos I found were unclear and I had to email support to ask where to find the tutorials.
