Great App.
This is an app I’ve purchased, refunded a couple of times, then finally decided I can’t ignore — even if I’m not using it fully right now. It just felt like a must-have.
The app itself is solid. I tested their API and connected it to Make.com workflows easily. It works great for sending marketing messages and updates, though it doesn’t support two-way messaging yet.
What’s really nice is that they’ve released major updates recently, adding new features and improving the platform overall. They also introduced a new add-on called UniBox (monthly subscription) , but it’s not included in the current plan — I feel like it should’ve been part of the higher-tier packages.
Support needs improvement — they should upgrade to a proper ticketing system, as messages sometimes get lost or ignored. It has gotten better, but there’s still room for improvement.

Regarding Unibox: it includes incoming message webhooks/API, which involves expensive continuous cost. That’s why it's offered as a small monthly add-on rather than being bundled into the Lifetime Deal — we want to keep the LTD sustainable for long term
You can easily enable the add-on to unlock Unibox or set up a full 2-way messaging flow using the incoming API.
