For now, only the instructions for participants on how to respond to the questions in WhatsApp is written in English. You can write all your quiz and form questions and answers in the 60 languages supported in WhatsApp.

For instructions to participants, you can write the instructions in the Quiz Description before they start the quiz. This is an example that is translated. "多謝你參加呢個測驗，要開始，撳下面嘅 OK 問題，請用 A 、 B 、 C 、啲或者 E 回覆。完成之後，撳最後嘅 Submit 嚟收到你嘅分數。" which means this in English "Thank you for taking this quiz. Press OK to begin.
