Can I get a separate C-name for each quiz?
So that there is not msg.joyform.co/ ....
but my own domain or that of my customer ?
Can I resell the quizzes as an agency?
Is there or is it planned to introduce an agency dashboard soon?
Is it possible to put customer details such as the name in a variable and address the customer again with his name to add a personal touch .....
Is it possible to chat with the participants afterwards or to send a newsletter to all participants?

Apr 29, 2025A: Hello! For the c-name or domain and the agency dashboard, we currently don't have that. This would involve having to integrate into your agency's WhatsApp Business API and is something we are still working on. What we have here is for users to get started quickly without having to go through the hassle and pain of getting their own WhatsApp Business API. For personalization of names, because our quiz and form works by having the user (participant) initiate the conversation first, we could consider adding in a canned reply of Hi "username", depending on the username provided in each participant's WhatsApp.
Once the participants attempt the quiz, you will have access to their contact details via the dashboard which you can follow up with them on your own WhatsApp number.
