3) No, there are no limits to the number of people taking the quiz. The limits is only on the number of responses you collect from the quiz depending on your account tier.

One response is counted when a participant makes an attempt on a quiz, regardless of the number of questions. Any attempt whether it is complete or incomplete is counted as one response. The monthly response limit (e.g. 300 or 1,000) applies to the total responses across all your quizzes and resets each month. You can create unlimited quizzes and forms.
