For this year, we are prioritising the features requested by the quiz users who still form the largest user base for our platform and migrating enterprises with existing WhatsApp API accounts to launch their dedicated quizzes. For our SaaS users in 2025, we have deployed new features like one-click reply to WhatsApp, multi-language support (coming in July), continuous maintenance, and free upgrade of responses. Since 2014, we are not even established yet. We were established from 2020, our product is used by enterprises in Singapore (some of which are the largest companies) and government agencies. Our SaaS offering was only made available from 2024.
