Q: Hi, nice product. A cpl of quesitons: 1) What is the LLm used for image generator ... 2) And ...
can we insert custom prompts, make our own templates, save all or store results (files / archive) & have a history of the projects that we've made - for use later?
How are credits used along the path of generating, say, a 5k word research article with 6 images containing graphs & Ai made pics for our report? Can we custom prompt our images during the process? Or do we do have to do it each action in separate locations (in the dashboard) & then meld the writing with the images later ourselves?
In other words, im trying to figure out the potential credits usage for a single report to get an idea about WR.co.
Other than adding our own materials & docs - can we insert youtube & website urls or do we need to transcribe (use credits) first to be able to have it in the knowledge base for the best, most accurate results?
A: Hi there! Yes, you can insert custom prompts during both research and image generation. While you can customize prompts, fully custom templates aren’t supported yet — but that’s something we’re actively exploring.

You can add YouTube links directly into your research, and the system will...
I did one deep search and one quick research and it took 448 credits which is almost half my monthly balance. Is this normal?
Also, it has been an hour with no results from either. Is there any way to see the status of the agent running or if it even started properly? Is it normal for quick research to take a long time?
Quick research usually only takes a few seconds, while deep research can take longer depending on the question. It sounds like something may not have started properly.
Please try logging out and logging back in, then delete the tasks and start them again.
As for the credit usage, that does seem a bit high. Please email me at jay@wordwriter.co, and I’ll be happy to...

A: Hey there! Please copy your prompt and paste it into the Image and Infographic section from the side menu—that should work. The direct link in the Content Hub is currently experiencing an issue, but our team is on it. Let us know if you need any more help!

Q: Image Generation
I've been trying to generate images and info graphics from the content hub. All I get is an error that something went wrong.

I copied my prompt to the image creation and I was able to generate one image out of 5 attempts. None of the info graphic attempts worked.
Thanks for trying! I just tested it, and it worked for me. Please clear your cache and cookies, then try again.
For the infographic, follow these steps:
• Describe the topic for the infographic and select at least 3 images.
• Enter the infographic title and description.
• Set the decorative image to zero.
• Generate your infographic.

Great thanks, could you add GDPR and AI in the feature list of Appsumo, this will help other users with the purchase and resolve the query.
Thanks for the suggestion! We'll add those to the page
