Hi! I have two questions:
I bought several tiers (maybe 5) and I have a credit of 10,000. I'd like to try writing a book. I tested it using the current date, and the system returns "pending." What does that mean?
Despite purchasing so many words, the system doesn't allow me to use Deep Research. Is this feature excluded from the AppSumo lifetime deal?

Thank you for your questions.
1. The "pending" status appears because the Big Book Agent creates very large books (over 1,000 pages), which takes time to process.
2. For shorter books (up to 200 pages), please use the Writer Agent.
3. The Big Book Agent is not included in the AppSumo lifetime deal, as it requires more credits than the current plan provides.
We’re in discussions with AppSumo to upgrade the plan and offer new tiers with more limits.
