Not ready for prime time
I purchased a Worklenz license hoping it would help streamline operations and manage projects more effectively at my print shop. Unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been great. The platform runs very slowly, the interface feels unintuitive, and support is only available during non-U.S. hours (at the time of writing, support won’t be back online until 11:30 PM EST). I wish I had tested it sooner so I could’ve requested a refund within the AppSumo window. At this point, it feels like a wasted license.

There will be a more performant version in the next week as we are in the final stages of releasing it. We are making plans to make our support available 24/7 soon.
