Q: Company and product related - Trust issues
Hello and congratulations on your launch.
I was going to ask a question about ownership but I found the answer in another question:
https://appsumo.com/s/1pw7m1f/
Quote: "Yes, WPSmartPay is one of our earlier products.
We launched it earlier and supported it actively, but due to low demand and shifting market needs we’ve shifted focus toward higher-demand tools like WPSubscription."
I had purchased one of your bundles in the past and know first hand that you have a history of not properly marketing products and abandoning them.
1. Do you intend to support this one even if there is "low demand"?
2. How can we trust you with the continued support of this product?
3. I remember your partner saying "Never to come back to AppSumo again." What changed your mind?
Thank you.

Jun 29, 2025A: Thank you for your honest questions. I appreciate the chance to address them directly:
1. Support regardless of demand
Yes, we intend to support WPSubscription long-term. The difference this time is clear: we’ve acquired the plugin with a roadmap, a growing user base, and are actively investing in it. We're not just launching — we're building a solutions with automations, integrations, API's, webhooks.
2. You can trust us because we’re still here.
WPSmartPay didn’t take off like we hoped, but we kept releasing updates from 2022 to through 2024 and into 2025. It’s not growing fast, but we still support it.
3. Why are we back on AppSumo?
We came back because we now have the right product and the right focus. Simple as that.
Heres the thing: WooCommerce powers more stores than any other platform. Subscription businesses are growing fast — and WPSubscription is being built to serve that market seriously.
Thanks
