Q: Download .ics and other formats
Hello team, Do you have in your roadmap the functionality to Download .ics and other formats to add in the customer calendar, not just the email?... nowadays, the customer doesn't see their mails all the day like some years ago

Jul 23, 2025A: Customers can download the .ics file directly from the website after booking an appointment. Also, the .ics files are sent via email after booking.

Also, you’ll be happy to know that we’ve introduced the 2 way sync for Google Calendar and Outlook in our latest release! Hope it will add a proper value for your use case.
