TimeTics is a strong contender in the appointments booking world. The best thing about it is the support from the Arraytics team — hands down some of the best I’ve experienced. Quick, responsive, genuinely engaged, and they actually listen. They even pushed an update specifically to address one of our issues. That level of care and professionalism is rare.

That said, the app isn't quite where it needs to be for our use case just yet.

Current issues:
- The custom availability and date blocking tool isn’t letting me select specific dates/times — possibly a conflict with another plugin. Support are on it.
- Meeting visibility settings aren't working properly when multiple services are listed on one page. Even with visibility disabled, the meeting still appears — unless you use a single meeting shortcode. Fix in progress.
- No text formatting in the event description — a small thing, but a frustrating limitation when you want to make your listings more readable or branded.

Wishlist features for our use case:
- Multiple pricing tiers for one-to-many meetings. Support confirmed it's on their roadmap — fingers crossed!
- CalDav integration would be great. It’s currently only available via webhooks, which is a bit clunky.
- An option to hide the number of available spots. Not all businesses want to show that info publicly.

The final thoughts:
It's not "plug-and-play perfect" yet, but with the support and development energy behind it, it is on the way there.

There was an issue with the plugin throwing errors, due to some caching issues. Support was given, video, email, call. Fixed within less than 10 seconds: great tool, fantastic support!

I am infinitely grateful to the entire Timetics team for the incredible support they provide at all times. They are always attentive and willing to resolve any issue that may arise. It's worth investing in companies like this, which boast invaluable human talent. Congratulations, guys, I wish you the best of luck on your journey. You deserve it.
