We're starting with OAuth, so any service that uses that should be covered and we're planning on rolling that out this month (August).

No, we won't be adding any DRM functionality, we'll leave that to the video hosting service, WPVM is a simple tool designed to make it easy to manage and display your videos in WordPress.
