I have installed the plugin. However when blog post is being generated it is not attaching the keywords from briefcase.

Good day, I purchased 4 codes and tested the software, I tried support and logged a ticket but did not get any response yet although its been 5 days. We tried keyword research with a vehicle model that has been launched 8 months ago but the key word research doesn't return any results but still counts this search towards my credits? This cant be correct. Then We posted a blog and it posted successfully but when we tried editing the image and reposted the image did not change and or display even after posting to a different category. This cant be permissions as other blogs post successfully and test image upload tests successful. Ho can we get support to see if this solution will work? I need to decide whether to refund or not as the solution seems to still have a log of bugs. Regards, Martin
