Q: Support and image edits with Blog post
Good day,
I purchased 4 codes and tested the software, I tried support and logged a ticket but did not get any response yet although its been 5 days.
We tried keyword research with a vehicle model that has been launched 8 months ago but the key word research doesn't return any results but still counts this search towards my credits? This cant be correct.
Then We posted a blog and it posted successfully but when we tried editing the image and reposted the image did not change and or display even after posting to a different category. This cant be permissions as other blogs post successfully and test image upload tests successful.
Ho can we get support to see if this solution will work? I need to decide whether to refund or not as the solution seems to still have a log of bugs.

martin62No answer yet, Then on your comment regarding the Keyword research. What will the use then be to have keyword research if it doesn't allow newest data / live internet research? Please then explain to me how the platform performs keyword research to assist me in making my decision.
You were searching for "Mahindra xuv 3xo" and it does show hundreds of results for "Mahindra xuv", it works perfectly fine Martin.
Hendrik, I will make screenshots for you to show you that the software doesn't return any results for Mahindra 3X0. Mahindra Xuv returns results but doesn't include the Mahindra 3xo that is one of the models we need to review. So I need to understand why and if the software cant deliver on newer search terms then I know what to do.
It can deliver new terms and it does, there is no guarantee it contains every single vehicle variant ever released on this planet. It does contain hundreds of relevant keyword results for "Mahindra xuv".
