Q: What's up with disabling my security plugin(s) to use your service?
I purchased up to Tier 5, and then I saw the following: Deactivate Wordfence and similar security plugins as they block the REST API. Here is a list of plugins that cause the same issue and need to be disabled: WP Defender, Jetpack, Wordfence Security, iThemes Security, WP Rocket, JWT Auth, WP-SpamShield, WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click, Limit Login Attempts Reloaded, SiteGuard WP Plugin, IP Geo Block, WPS Hide Login, reCaptcha by BestWebSoft, Profile Builder.
Is this a permanent thing, or are you all planning to make it so we don't have to dump all our security features in order to use your service? Also, have you tested your service with Hide My WP Ghost, as I see it's not on your list, and I use that plugin, which I got here on AppSumo.

This doesn't answer my question, but it's possible I didn't phrase my question clearly. Thanks for your reply. I'll figure it out to see if I'll be keeping Tier 5 or refunding entirely.
