Quality issues - read review to know more!

Updated v1: What guidance documentation are you referring to, Where can I find it? We are a regulated financial institution and run our blog safely. We won't post our competitor's brand IP on our blog site, it is absurd.

Original: I bought this solution to try out its functionality and it could be improved! The title image does not show on our blog. The remaining images had competitor brand names on them, therefore this solution does not respect IP rules when providing article images - this needs to be improved. The added YT video was not relevant and showed some other publisher's business ads with contact details etc., therefore I recommend not to risk selecting a YT video for your article. This SaaS solution currently lacks logic is systematic, and requires in-depth rule-based setting development. Additionally, the provided CTA button is only of 1 style and, therefore lacks any creativity, I recommend adding 100+ button styles, as they are commercially usable .PNG, .SVG libraries provide interesting and great-looking styles, alternatively, you should provide an option to upload your own CTA button. At the moment I can give 3-starts until the app is improved and developed.

(Sadly this whole review is based on a single article created)

Hi Ritvars,

the title image not showing on your blog has to do with your server settings, likely mod_security or file upload permissions not being set correctly, please follow the guide in our documentation to fix this.

" The remaining images had competitor brand names on them, therefore this solution does not respect IP rules when providing article images"

Sadly this isn't true, it is completely fine to shoot an image of a McDonalds for example and use it commercially or in a newspaper. How else would you explain that newspapers and other websites don't get sued all the time when they use photos showing logos in them?

Updated v1:

The documentation is linked in multiple places on our platform including the support section.

Using stock photos has nothing to do with any brand IP laws. A simple google search would have revealed the answer to this for example here: https://photo.stackexchange.com/questions/21286/what-legal-restrictions-are-there-on-the-use-of-logos-in-photos

These are the stock photos in question, which are relevant and perfectly fine for an article about a payment provider:

Image 3: https://images.unsplash.com/photo-1537724326059-2ea20251b9c8

If you wish to change the images you are free to do so of course, you can also freely define the motif of the images when creating the article and use something more generic like "cash register", "money" or "store". I hope this clarifies it for you and helps you to get more out of our tool.
