Q: Spam Watch
I purchased tier two and was surprised to find that I need to pay monthly for Spam Watch, even though it was shown as included in the AppSumo description. It is the very first image describing the service after the video, yet this feature is not activated for me.
Did something go wrong with my activation?

Mar 19, 2025A: Spam watch is available to all Appsumo users as a Monthly Add on. You can find that it's not listed as a feature in any of the plans but as an add-on.
Having said that, once you have purchased the add on, you should be able to unlock Spam Watch.
To enable spam watch, go to Integration >> Custom BCC >> tool gives 2 bcc email ids >> add these ids to campaigns. Verify the domain first to be able to see the data on Spam Watch Dashboard.

I will be requesting a refund. Be upfront with your customers.
Spam Watch is clearly listed as an add-on on the AppSumo deal page. The reason it’s not included in the LTD is that we incur a $24/month cost for the two dedicated mailboxes provided per workspace.
Our core features, including email audits & reports, remain part of the LTD. While some individual tools exist for free, XemailAudit consolidates everything in one place for convenience.
