Ich habe XemailAudit ausprobiert. Die App ist leicht einzurichten. Nach kurzer Zeit bekommt man eine klare Vorstellung davon, was an der E-Mail- und Domain-Reputation gut läuft und wo es Probleme gibt. Besonders praktisch ist der automatische Health Check, der einem kontinuierlich zeigt, wie gesund die Domain ist und wo Optimierungsbedarf besteht.

Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass Nutzer, die keinen regelmäßigen Check brauchen, durchaus mit Tier 1 auskommen und kostenlose Tools wie MXToolbox ähnliche oder auch detailliertere Ergebnisse liefern.

Trotzdem bietet XemailAudit eine benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche und integriert viele Funktionen in einer App, was Zeit spart und den Überblick erleichtert.

XemailAudit is easy to set up. Right away, you get a clear idea of what’s working well with your email domain and what needs improvement. The automatic health check is especially handy, as it continuously shows you the domain’s status and where you should focus your efforts.

However, I have to say that if you don’t need regular automatic checks, free tools like MXToolbox can provide similar or even more detailed results.

Still, XemailAudit offers a user-friendly interface and bundles many features into one app, saving time and keeping things organized.

I picked up XemailAudit mainly to improve the inbox placement of my cold email campaigns—and it’s doing a solid job so far. The deliverability audit gives a clear picture of what’s going wrong (SPF, DKIM, blacklist checks, etc.), and the AI email content checker is genuinely helpful for avoiding spammy phrases.

The Smartlead integration makes things smoother if you're running multiple campaigns, and the UI is pretty intuitive once you spend a little time with it.

XemailAudit has quickly become an essential part of my cold email process. The deliverability audits are clear and actionable, showing exactly where my emails are landing—whether it’s inbox, spam, or promotions.

The AI content analyzer is a game-changer. It highlights potential spam triggers in my email copy, which has helped improve open rates after just a few tweaks. I also love the integrations with tools like Smartlead, which save a lot of manual work.

The interface is simple, and the reports are easy to understand even if you’re not super technical. Setup was quick, and I really appreciate how it brings everything—DNS checks, content analysis, inbox placement—into one clean dashboard.

Definitely a great investment if you care about getting your emails seen.

I bought this to integrate with Instantly, and it's not working. Says the API key is wrong.

I see from a reply from the 21st March, that they are aware of this issue, so why isn't that flagged on the Instantly integration page as a known issue? It wasted 30 mins of my time, and a support ticket (which I have not even had a receipt for, never mind a reply).

If they had put a simple message on that page, stating there was an issue, it would have been a smart move.

If they fix this quickly. I will change my review, but ATM, I am likely to refund and use Instantly's inbox placement tool instead.

Instantly returing as it's not giving what is shown in LTD plans. I first purchased tier 1 then upgraded to T2 as I want to intergrate with my Cold email Outreaching tool but the fact that feature is in T2, It still asked to to upgrade the plan to use features.

I bought tier 2 and refunded it almost immediately.

The features they show you on their AppSumo promo page are add-ons that you have to pay for monthly. What you do get through this LTD is to check your emails for spam, which you can do for no cost here, using the exact same spam checker they use.

The other feature you get is that they integrate Google Postmaster (which is free through Google) into your account.
