Problem with codes
I bought five codes, and now it is saying my plan is complete. Can we fix this?

I’ve checked your account on our platform and noticed you have two accounts, both currently on a trial plan. We provide a 14-day trial, which is why your plan is showing as "complete" when the trial period ends.
It looks like the codes you purchased haven’t been applied yet. That’s why your plan remains on trial status.
To activate your codes, please follow these steps:
1.Log in to your AppSumo account and copy your purchased code(s).
2.Go to your XInterview account.
3.Paste each code into the redemption section and apply them.
