Promising Alpha version
Feels a bit like you're paying for a possible Alpha version to join in and help develop their product. Well, it's an AppSumo deal, so that's the way it is.
I got the Tier 3, and as poster AntCreation also mentioned about the Multi-Agent. I followed SeanP's suggestion to email support regarding this matter, but I received no response. So, even though I understand that they are working on the product, if they suggest contacting them, please reply.
Anyway, I am refunding this as I feel that they should have waited a bit longer before going live here to be prepared, both in terms of support and the maturity of the product. Maybe in a year or so it will be ready.

A Promising Platform
I'm reviewing AgenticFlow based on potential, early results, and momentum. While the service isn't yet completely polished and bug-free, it has made great strides forward since its debut on AppSumo. Early issues have been fixed, and ease of use is starting to improve with updates. The roadmap and insights from the founder give this platform much promise. I've just upgraded to Tier 3 with the Multi-Agent add-on.

I signed up for Tier 3 because I was excited about the multi-agent feature for $249, as advertised on their website.
However, when I purchased Tier 3 and logged onto their website, the price for the multi-agent pre-order increased to $349.
Therefore, I requested a refund.

NO support > heading for a refund
I was excited to get AgenticFlow and started building automations immediately for my new site. I was able to get the simpler steps to work, no problem. But when it came to doing loops and iterations with updates, I ran into problems. I used chatGPT to help me with this, but it was referring to features that I did not see on my screen. I verified with AF support that those features are indeed part of tier 1, but was not able to get any further support from them. To make this more irritating, I was able to build what I needed with the free version of Pipedream. I would like to be able to solve the problem with AF, but it looks like that is not happening. The price is great for an LT licence, but if it does not work, it is money wasted.

A quick clarification on the feature in question — the Run for each item is exist via Table Run (3rd tab in Workflow builder page) which could replace the Airtable back and forth - this feature was running months already, just recently under maintenance...

Not Ready for Real Automation – Too Many Gaps
I purchased the MAS Add-On expecting multi-agent automation and real workflow support. What I got was a disconnected Copilot with no memory, no native email triggers, and no clear way to run multi-step flows without stitching together external tools like Pipedream.
The promise sounds great, but the platform is still early-stage. If you're building legit workflows for business ops (not just testing ideas), this will frustrate you fast. No regrets pulling out.
