I am looking for a solution that would reply to questions regarding the availability of the apartment. I have booking in google calendar. Would it be able to do so?
A: Hey patryk! You know we DO have an automation app built right in. You could make the trigger for airfive and then search for a calendar from google calendar. I kinda like the idea of that flow. Jump on the tier I think 4 and we can help. Make a video on it ;)
Hi team, I had Taskmagic so I know you guys rocks. But I have question before jumping into the highest tier here. 1) I kept on seeing the mention of tier 6 but there's really only tier 5 here. What is tier 6? 2) what is the AI agents which is only available on tier 5?
A: Dear Donacid…correction…you rock!!! Thanks so much for the kind words! This is the kind of exchange as to why we keep coming back! And why we love the community so much! So thanks! Ohhh does it only go into tier 5 on airfive!? Lol. Honestly I didn’t even notice (I mean I kinda did). I think some lazies (our community if you know) mentioned tier 6 as being the highest tier. Lazyleadz which is...

Q: Can we add conditions?
Can we add conditions so that it only replies to emails if they include specific keywords in the subject line or message body? There could also be other conditions, such as that the email should not be open or have been replied to already (eg if I've replied to it manually already or if I'm using another extension etc). Is anything like that possible already or in the roadmap to be added any time soon?
Also I'm a bit confused if this only creates draft email replies that I then have to manually approve one by one in order to actually send them, or can I set it up so it auto-replies to all emails (that fulfill the conditions I've set) without having to manually approve them first? Or is there a setting to choose between auto-replying or requiring approval first? (that would probably be ideal if we could choose)
A: Hey terry! We will be opening up the settings panel for people to use in the next few weeks or so. This way you can determine those settings or use certain filters like you’re saying. We wanted to keep it simple at the beginning. We’re not big fans of friction lol. These are good conditions you’re mentioning so as long as you get it and let us know you want this inside the community we will...
Very interested for support email to an engineering team, but trying to understand how inbound emails work. Does airfive log into the email account and retrieve messages or do we forward the messages to airfive? Hoping it's both or the second option for forwarding the messages (have some security requirements that prevent the ability for logging into our email system externally).
A: Howdy captain!! Gotta love that greeting! Lol. So how it works is we have some set of tags essentially. And those tags get applied based on what the ai deems to be a “bug,” then you can push that automatic tagged email straight to your task manager of choice and then alert via slack or whatever to your engineers etc. at a basic level after you connect an email it just retrieves emails every 15...
Sorry for the third question. It is not 100% clear for me yet
Basically my concern is if I get tier with AI agent or not
If I understood right, AI Agent can bring information from outside with api or we hook and bring it to your tool, and after that process it with AI. Is that it?
Do I need task magic or zapier to make ai agents work?
A: Hey Tony!!! No need to be sorry my friend. I don’t measure confusion in a few questions. I measure confusion in MONTHS and years. If you’re still confused in 7 months then that’s on you for not asking questions like you are RIGHT NOW ;) so keep em coming if you need to! that’s why I’m here. And that is correct. You can use the ai agent to go get information. And no if you’re highest tier here...
