The website is down
The website is down and the software is completely inaccessible. I've tried multiple times to log in, but the site simply doesn't load. Even worse, there is absolutely no support — no replies to emails, no chat, nothing. It's extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid until they fix this.

Poo UI and Customer Service is almost dead
I purchased this software based on its advertised features and domain limits(i bought 4 codes). Unfortunately, I started getting a “max domain count reached” error, even though I was only using two domains out of my 60-domain allowance. I contacted their support team right away, clearly describing the issue and even attaching a screenshot, but never received any response.
A waste of money if you have a lot of backlinks to analyze.

Poor UX and UI and It Requires Way Too Much Support
I am very glad the support has been responsive, but the questions I am having to ask are so basic that it is difficult to swallow... I guess that shows how badly I want this to work - because it services a valuable need for us.
That said, the UI and UX is a confusing mess and there is virtually no help information to go by. Questionable issues include:
- Adding a teammate doesn't actually add them to your account so they can help you manage your links. As it turned out, I needed a multiple-email walkthrough on how to get it to work. It just might be figured out now. WHY so difficult?!?
- There is no definition of what a "Public" list is or what the purpose of such a thing is (and how to use it), but you can't change that feature on a list after making it... so it seems pretty important to me.
- I am having to ask how to remove links from a list without deleting them... that should be so easy to see, but there is no clear way of doing so. I'm half expecting them to say it isn't possible.
- I added the Moz API after setting one up... but none of that data is being collected as the system indicates it should. That is now in their support for further review.
- There is no way to manually review and change an error on a link that was monitored (with an incorrect error). This is important, because sometimes their crawler is being blocked and we need to manually review those.
All-in-all, it seems to me like this came to market WAY too early and we just paid to be Alpha users...
Fingers crossed that this becomes worth the investment of time and frustration.

Nov 19, 2024Hey stepforth,
Thanks for acknowledging our support and the need of the product. To answer your queries
-Adding a teammate is simple, just put their email and select the pages to give access to, if you want them to Add backlinks, just give access to Add Backlinks or Add Lists section. I can see that there was some issue with your specific case, we will resolve it at the earliest.

Bad Tool and Service
I was excited at first, but this has been unusable. I've spent six days waiting for a few links to crawl. The backlink finder never worked, the UI is horrible, and it's been incredibly frustrating trying to make it work. Support is also lacking.

Jul 30, 2024Hey Yaiza,
As we discussed on email, this issue was temporary and happened for the first time in our entire product cycle. This issue was fixed a few days after you wrote the email.
Thanks for buying 3 more codes with us.
Thanks,
Yogi

This issue arises due to changes in MOZ API Authentication.
It appears there is an issue with MOZ API Authentication as we are not getting details of backlinks.
"So, this issue is taking time because it is not in our hands.
This issue arises due to changes in MOZ API Authentication.
Accounts of MOZ API which were created after March 2024 had changes in their authentication methods, and that's why you were unable to fetch the backlinks for your Domains.
We are trying to figure out how we can fix this, and we have also contacted the MOZ API team for this."
I asked what happened with clients using your software from March to June and after 9 days, I am yet to get a response despite a follow up 6 days ago.
Hoping they can fix this or provide an update.
Thank you.

Jun 14, 2024Hey Relancing,
As you have mentioned, this problem you are facing is not due to an issue at our end but because of change of authentication method from Moz API.
Sorry for the delay in replies. It happened due to a potpourri of things happening together. I got injured & the customer success personnel was on leave for the first 2 weeks of June.
We have tried to fix the problem and get to the...
