A: It's a set limit per sub account, so the sends can't be redistributed between them...

Q: Tracking Clicks

Hi there,
I'm using Brevo per my regular mail (confirmation mails etc) automation and there have very good feature that I can see the logs which available the users "read, open, click" time and track. (Also I can sort by the timeframe) So I can analyse which user clicked the link and what URL clicked and when they clicked etc.
So can I track with Blastable too?

Q: Why do the top tiers for agencies not have the Blastable logos removed since we're agencies?

Hi Justin, you are promoting agency plans and for that we cannot have Blastable logo in the emails. It makes zero sense. And charging per sub-account is also crazy, why would you not provide an option for 10, 25, 50 100 sub-accounts with discounts applied at the very least?

We can consider offering bulk discounts on the logo removal, but our experience is most ppl don't use all of the sub accounts they get, so it's generally cheaper to upgrade the ones they are using.
