Yes, our Chrome extension still exists. However, there is currently a Google-related issue affecting its availability. They are working on resolving it, and we expect it to be accessible again soon.

Is it a bug? What are the differences here?

Q: When will development resume?
Despite my Tier 4 investment in Branalyzer back in August of 2023, I have yet to see any improvements or engagement on Social Media (Twitter/X last post 23 August 2023 - Facebook (23 November 2021) - LinkedIn (last post 11 June 2023 ) - YouTube (2 minute or less videos, now over 3 years old).
There is no roadmap, even the website section What's New? has a most recent post of December 01, 2023.
Yet every couple of months I get an email begging for reviews or asking for more investment.
The product does have some use for me, but as others have stated the information given is sometimes off, or not updated, or completely wrong (brand research for Social Media Accounts).
I have held out long enough for expected updates, it seems development is just not a priority for the CEO Matt. I had hoped it would improve. Got $20 of value from $200.

I appreciate the reply Matt, the roadmap that you are not using has plenty of suggestions for improvements from users, thus far only one issue was marked completed more than 2 years ago.
Data accuracy (AND proper Descriptions). Ease of report creation/building are my top wishes.
If I can't trust the data, have to explain what the data represents to a client, then I am regularly wasting time.
