Hi, once we have used all the monthly credits included in our lifetime deal tier, what are the options for adding more? Specifically:
1. Will we be able to purchase additional credit packs as top-ups? 2. If so, what will the pricing for these additional credits be? 3. Will there be any special or preferential pricing on these top-ups for AppSumo customers?
A: There is no additional credit package for such purpose at the moment, we may change in future, but at for now, you have to split your chatbots into more Tier 3 licenses or convert to regular monthly subscription.
