3) a)Do you plan Bursty Ai to be omni channel like ManyChat? b)Do you plan to add IMAP/SMTP email channel so we can reply to emails within the platform?
4)Can we capture name and email then use Zapier to send them to our marketing stack?

Will this work for basic Q&A-type chatbots where no AI training is needed? I will just prepare all the questions and answers. Will it work with Bursty?

I want to integrate this into a wordpress site, so customers can ask questions, such as when to use products, what products to use, cleaning issues. This could be trained on the variety of different documents. Can it be used to recommend which products to use based on the catalog?
A: Yes, definately, if you already have such information in your documents, just upload them as chatbot's knowledge, it will search and give suggestion based on your documents. You can also ask the chatbot to NOT use any prior knowledge, only answer based on the uploaded knowledge.
