We bought this deal with high hopes because we value security. When it comes to clients, you must protect them — and your business — as much as possible.

The plan was to mainly use CloudFilt on WordPress sites.

However, we encountered the following issues:
1) We already have WP Security Ninja (from an AppSumo deal), and it’s not compatible with their plugin.
2) Site loading speed was actually WORSE with their CDN enabled rather than without!
3) Assistance took more than a day to reply with to first issue via chat.
4) All support responses felt AI-generated, offering no real benefit except rehashing how good they are and what they offer.

We might have overlooked point 1, even though you can use both WP Security Ninja and WordFence together, and they still get along fine.
As for point 2, there might be some fine-tuning possible, but considering the support level we received from a company that should have a large team, we’d rather stay safe and request a refund.

I see lots of positive rewiews but check the ones that compare the service with other players like CloudFlare.

Setup was quick and painless, and it instantly started blocking bots and bad traffic without me having to tweak anything complicated. I’ve noticed my site loads faster and my analytics are finally showing real visitors, not junk. The dashboard is easy to use,can be better; the alerts are helpful, and support i haven't test. For the price, especially with the lifetime deal, it’s honestly a good deal. Hope they won't abandon it, there is a good potential for growth.

Happy with the purchase so far as an extra layer security. It gives me a peace of mind. The software is fairly easy to use. The only issue I had, Ive been challenged a couple of times despite my IP being whitelisted which shouldnt have happened. Also the requests go quite quickly and it may be a bit confusing calling them page views in some of the marketing copy. That said if you are small business 1M requests plan should be enough for your needs.

Being a long time owner of multiple websites and happy CloudFlare user, this deal sounded really interesting. Purchased the product and immediately deployed it to three websites. The results are very good.

The setup process is really simple. Create a site on the dashboard, pick your platform (i.e. WordPRess), install a plugin, enter two codes and really within 3 minutes you are done. Check back after some time to see the data rolling in.

The user interface is very good. It is simple, clear, looks modern and pleasing to the eye. I would love it if they could add some more metrics to the dashboard and maybe an overview on my dashboard of all the sites performance. But for starters and simplicity this really works well.

Speeds and responsiveness is an important point for webapps. Also here they score well. The app is very responsive and seems not to carry excess fat. I like that a lot.

So all in all I like this deals and can really support it. Take your change and save on your bandwith and server bills.
