I went ahead and decided to give it a shot and purchased tier 5.
I was able to add my branding - which is only my logo and the color of the button - but in terms of white-labeling, I see no options anywhere. In fact, your branding is everywhere - literally there is more of your brand on the page than there is my own.
It's on a connexify domain, then right below the connection form is the website footer from your business. So, in plain view the customer is looking at both my connection request as well as all of your social media links, your "how it works, blog, pricing," etc. etc.
It's so far from white-labeled that it's not even on the same planet.
Am I missing something or is this really what you're calling white labeling? I also don't see the advanced analytics or any analytics within the dashboard - where are those located?
A: Hey @aslkdfj, thanks again for jumping in with Tier 5 and for your honest feedback.
Please make sure to check all the available settings. There’s an option called "Hide footer on the welcome page" that removes all Connexify branding like the footer, social links, and navigation. This gives your page a much cleaner, branded look.
We're also working on deeper white-label features like custom...
Thank you! Removing the footer helps a ton and makes it much better. I appreciate you being so active and engaged on here.
Q: A Few Questions/Concerns
The program looks great - especially when you launch the other connections needed (i.e. WordPress, GBP, FB pixels/datasets, google search console, google shopping, local service ads).
Right now, without pixel access or website access, it's not a complete solution - meaning we still have to manually get access the pixel, website, and the other properties I mentioned above.
Also, I noticed that only 5 of the reviews on appsumo are from people who are real customers. The rest joined in may & this is the only product they've ever purchased. It's a bit concerning.
Q: Shopify in connexify says "This service must be granted access to manually." what does that mean exactly?
Q: how soon can we expect FB Pixel, GBP approval, and Wordpress?
Q: Any plans/timelines for google shopping, Local service ads, Search console?
A: Hey @aslkdfj, thanks a lot for your detailed feedback and great questions!
You're totally right: to become a complete hands-off solution, we still need to add a few key connections like Pixel, WordPress, and Local Service Ads, and we’re actively working on them.
✅ Meta Pixel & IG: We just received final approval from Meta, these features will be live soon. ✅ WordPress: It’s the most requested...
Thank you, I really appreciate the detailed answer. Do you have any plans for connecting google local service ads? I asked that up there but I think you missed it because gmb and merchant center are not the same as local service ads.
Q: Questions about company
Cool tool but I can't find hardly anything online about you or your company. How long have you been in business? Do you have any funding? When will the roadmap be available to see?
Like the idea and concept, must cheaper than Leadsie, but have a feeling you are going to bait-and-switch after you get your appsumo money.
A: Hey @matt1512, really appreciate your honest questions!
We’re a newly founded startup and a small, bootstrapped team. No outside funding, just real product work, customer feedback, and lots of coffee ☕️
Connexify was born from our own agency struggles with onboarding chaos, and that’s why we’re building it side-by-side with our community. If you want to know more about us personally, feel...
If we send an access request via Connexify that includes multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Shopify), and the client doesn’t have some of those accounts set up yet (like GMC or GSC), can they still proceed with granting access to the platforms they do have?
Or would we need to create a new access link excluding the missing platforms?
A: The client decides which accounts to share during onboarding. Once it’s complete, both you and the client will receive an email summary showing exactly which accounts were connected, whether it’s one or all of them. It’s fully up to the client.
A: Great question! That actually depends on the platform, some connections stay active even after you stop using the tool, while others may get disconnected.
