Can I add team members or other account members to manage the UTMs and analytics reporting? Especially for LTD 2 and 3, this seems like a required feature. Sorry if this was answered before.
A: Hey there! thanks for reaching out. This is currently very requested feature we are in-progress to roll this out out. We already launched workspaces creation upto 15 in LTD3 plan and very soon will be having invite option to a workspace.
Thanks for your patience and checking CutMe Short out :)
I bought tier 1 to try out, I got the default workspace, tried to create a single workspace and I get this error: Workspace limit reached in your account. Upgrade your plan to create more workspaces.
I guess no workspaces are allowed to be created with appsumo plans?
When you are adding a domain that in use. and is asks: Choose a name of your sub domain? What do you enter? Let's assume that the domain is www.google.com What would you add for the sub domain?
A: Hi Sumo-ling, Great question! When adding a domain that is already in use, you need to create a subdomain specifically for CutMe Short.
For example, if your main domain is www.google.com, you could enter something like: • links.google.com • go.google.com • short.google.com
This subdomain will be used to generate and manage your branded short links. After entering the subdomain, you’ll need to update your DNS settings by adding the required CNAME record to point it to CutMe Short.
If you need any help setting it up, feel free to reach out to support@cutmeshort.com, and we’d be happy to assist! 🚀
I was wondering about the following questions: -100 links a month: this means that you can create 100 links every month or that you can have maximum 100 links every month.
-8000 clicks tracked: once reached the 8000 clicks tracked, would the link keep working but stop tracking, or the link won't work until next month?
- can you create QR codes even without shortening links or only for the link shortened?
-It would be great if was possible to change the colour of the QR code for a gradient colour. Are you planning something to make the QR code more attractive for young people?
1. 100 links per month – Yes, you can generate 100 new short links every month. There’s no limit on how many links you can have in total; it’s just the number of new links you can create each month.
2. 8,000 tracked clicks – Once you reach 8,000 tracked clicks, your links will continue working without any issues. The only difference is that additional clicks won’t be logged for analytics until the next month. However, all CutMe Short links have Unlimited Redirections, so they will never stop working.
3. QR code creation – Every short link in CutMe Short automatically comes with a QR code, and vice versa. We designed it this way to keep the process seamless. However, if you have a specific use case where you’d like to generate QR codes separately, we’d love to hear your feedback and consider implementing it in the future.
4. QR code design improvements – We completely agree! We will roll out gradient colors and patterns for QR codes. We’ve also experimented with AI-generated QR codes that can embed images, making them even more visually appealing. You can definitely expect these in future.
We truly appreciate your interest and would love to have you onboard. If you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out at support@cutmeshort.com.
Looking forward to helping you grow with CutMe Short!
A: Hi Sumo-ling, We’d definitely recommend you to go with CutMe Short!
For the initial bulk migration, we suggest exporting your links from Rebrandly and sharing the CSV file with us at support@cutmeshort.com – we’ll onboard your links right away!
Alternatively, if you prefer automation, CutMe Short offers a Short Link API that allows you to create bulk short URLs via code.
An import feature is already in our pipeline, which will allow direct CSV uploads within CutMe Short. Until then, we recommend using the above two options for a smooth migration.
Thanks again for considering CutMe Short! Let us know if you need any help. 😊

Mar 26, 2025A: Hey Sumo-ling,
Currently we are providing 15 workspaces in LTD3 plan, as of now in LTD1 and LTD2 you cannot create workspaces.
Also, our Startup plan and Professional plan has 3 and 50 workspaces respectively that you can purchase from our platform www.cutmeshort.com
As currently we are developing workspaces sharing and permission based access in workspaces, so currently we haven't mentioned in our plans.
But in future you will see more updates related to workspaces.

Q: Guide for migration or url import
Hi! Is there an easy way to migrate a lot of links from another shortener? We use Rebrandly currently and I would like to switch.
