I was using the free version for months, then decided to finally purchase. It works perfectly and helps me keep track of time while building sites, content, etc. It's a must-have if you are in front of a computer for hours at a time. Create your projects and tasks. And go to the start-up widget. It's perfect.

Additionally, the clock-in and clock-out feature lacks precision; despite setting the correct clock-out times, the application fails to register them accurately. This inconsistency could potentially affect employee time tracking and payroll processing, necessitating urgent attention to resolve these discrepancies.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Support & Unreliable Platform

I’m really disappointed with the support experience. As an AppSumo customer, it’s clear they don’t prioritize us. Despite scheduling a call this morning and waiting over 15 minutes, no one showed up. Initially, they were responsive via WhatsApp, but once they saw I subscribed through AppSumo, the communication completely stopped. They haven’t replied to any of my follow-up messages.

The platform itself also has several issues. The task management system lacks essential features. I tried inviting clients using the "client" role, but they didn’t receive any notifications or instructions on how to access Desklog. At this point, I have no idea how they’re supposed to track project progress.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this tool. Save your time and money.
