Q: Error with credits
When I login with Gmail, I have my credits. However, when I login with email and password in the same account, I get 0 credits. How can I solve this problem?
A: Please note that logging in with a Google account and a Gmail account are two separate account systems. To view your redeemed points, please use the login method with the bound verification code.
Q: terms of service says can't be used for commercial purposes.
I just read your terms of service on the website and noticed a clause stating that the software cannot be used for commercial purposes unless authorized in writing by DynamPix.
If that is the case, why should I purchase this software if I cannot use the upscaled images commercially? This seems unfair, as the primary reason someone would buy the software is for commercial use.
I am interested in the software but will not consider purchasing it unless the terms are updated to clearly state that AI-generated photos and regular photos we own, which we upload and upscale using your program, can be used commercially. Please update your terms accordingly for me to consider buying.
I am not sure if this is an oversight but please let me know if this is a mistake in the terms of service and if so correct please?
