Can you extract pdfs from emails that provide a link to download the invoice/receipt (no auth needed)? There are some cases like this, where the pdf is not directly attached to the email itself.
Thanks! One example is dynadot with a download link like: https://www.dynadot.com/order/download_invoice?info={uid} and another ironically is Xero https://in.xero.com/m/{uid}
The dynadot one goes directly to the download (browser is prompted to download immediately). Whereas the Xero one leads to a page which has menu options to download as a pdf or CSV.
Both examples don’t require passwords.
Q: How Tier 1 works?
I am a solopreneur but I have team of temp employees. Due to budget, I wanted to take tier 1. I am the only approver. But, can others sign up to your tool with free account to initiate the expenses for me to approve/reject?
A: Great question! In ExpenseMonkey, if your team members need to submit expenses within your workspace (so you can approve or reject them, get them in reports, etc), they’ll need to be added as users under your plan – each one takes up a seat.
A: A single user can access ExpenseMonkey from multiple devices. Your data stays synced in real-time, ensuring seamless tracking across your phone, tablet, and computer.
Hello! Is it normal to not to be able to update email address on the premium plan via settings? The settings page seems to be read only besides ‘delete account’ (although I didn’t try that one lol).
A: Yes, this is intentional for security and compliance reasons. Imagine a team of four people - if one person changed the email, they could access company data from a non-compliant address. To update your email, please reach out to our support team.
Thanks for your reply. Though don’t really understand for security and compliance why an account owner role user can’t update their data self-serve. I can update my email/data on e.g. 1password, Xero, GitHub, PayPal and Wise via settings. Afaik team users can also for most of those cases, besides maybe PayPal.
Q: Can you divide an expense into different projects?
Or between you and a client. I sometimes have expenses that are split between my company and a client and that would speed things up.
