In the Withlabel solution, you can't contact support. Nothing happens when you click the “Contact Us” button.
My question is whether this is a 100% white label solution or whether it simply means setting up 300 accounts. In my test, everything came from the manufacturer and the customer was even offered an agency solution. That's not possible at all.

We were about to purchase Tier 10, although we feel it's OVERLY EXPENSIVE to get this important feature. But from looking at all the "unanswered" questions and issues, it doesn't seem like you're responsive enough to warrant plunking down $500. You should answer questions here to the best of your ability in a timely fashion to earn confidence and merit a large purchase.

Hi Marcos, I'm interested in upgrading to Tier#10. I'd like to know if the image credits can be used for all other models such as Flux, Ideogram, Stability Core,... in the AI Image Generation. It wont require to upgrade to Followr Plus?
A: The premium AI image models like Flux, Ideogram, Stability Core, etc., are not included in Tier 10 by default.
To use them, you have two options:
Upgrade to Followr PLUS, which unlocks these advanced models directly.
Use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) — if you have your own API keys for any of these providers, you can integrate them into Followr without needing to pay for PLUS.
