Hi If i buy a Gobrucn tier 3, i am the admin. Can my subaccounts alias teammembers organize their own meetings/events wthout the admin being present? Or do I have to grant them acces and let them in? Thank you
A: Hey George2500, yes they can. That's one of the main benefits of using GoBrunch. Even if they are not assigned as sub-accounts, they can use the rooms as long as they are open.
This is good to know if the storage is not permanent :-( if I understand it right (""180-day storage duration after the recording is available, plus presentations and documents after uploading")
Q: Can we host 24/7 meeting rooms with always-available breakout spaces?
I've been looking for something where my students can go into a meeting room anytime day or night, and where no host is required to be there to keeps the room open. I'd like several breakout rooms to also be available, with the same no-host required capability.
The use case is people practicing language skills.
We want them to be able to go to a main "lounge" - hang out with whoever they want to practice communication skills, and then to be able to go privately (or in small groups) into breakout rooms, where anyone can see who's in a breakout room before joining.
Is that possible with GoBrunch? Or would it violate any fair use policy?
A: Hey Chris, that's totally possible. By default, all rooms are 24/7 unless you lock them. You can add some of your students as moderators to keeping the environment safe. Here's a case study from a similar project: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMBkRV1LWPg
I have already bought the product and have also added my vote in the roadmap for live streaming. I see that the feature request for live streaming has been on the roadmap for a while even though it has the most votes. Do you have any solid plans to implement the feature in the near and foreseeable future. Also, what are my options, if any, for live steaming an event at this time. Would really appreciate a candid reply.
A: Hi Jimmy-George. This is definitely the number 1 feature request as you said. The challenge is that requires a lot of study and testing. The first batch of this project went over and my engineer said it might take more time than expected. That said, I honestly believe we won't be able to to make it this year but will definitely keep you updated once we launch it. In this meantime, you can use...
1) If I create a coworking space meeting link, how long will it remain active before it expires? Does the link expire after 1 year, 5 years, or some other period?
2) Even after connecting my domain using a CNAME, the GoBrunch branding and links still appear on few pages which share with clients.
How can I remove the following section: "By signing up, you agree to GoBrunch's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DPA"?
