I purchased tier 3 during the first launch of Growify back in Aug. 2024.

I’ve reached out at LEAST a dozen+ times about the following issues and have been trying to get help with them since August of 2024 - I have never received any replies other than “we’re working on it” and the issues I reached out about have never been resolved - even to this very day.

In fact, I contacted support out as recently as 9 weeks ago - and still, no replies.

Also, I’ve extensively tested the Growify platform with multiple different accounts so these are not fluke problems. The issues below are consistent throughout.

With that, I’m genuinely confused by all of these five star reviews. They must have got a program that I’m unfamiliar with because the growify I have is nothing like what you've read about on the sales page or their website.

First, Apple is the only support agent I’m ever given the option to message - and she’s never replied to anything - so that’s annoying. But then on top of that, they also don’t reply to emails. so there's literally ZERO HELP for the platform.

Next, issues with the platform itself:

Their “AI Insights/Predict ad performance” feature they’re selling you on - it does not exist and has never existed.

I bought this during the first appsumo launch on Aug 2, 2024 and I reached out about this on day one - and many times since. They’ve never replied about it and it is not a feature in the platform. They’ve even added this to their March 11, 2025 update on appsumo. It says, “AI-Powered Marketing Insights – Let AI do the heavy lifting! Growify now delivers AI-driven recommendations and insights into your marketing data….” - this is not true. The AI feature is non-existent in Growify. Also, this exact same feature was part of the original appsumo deal in Aug 2024 (and it wasn’t present then either).

The ad creatives (images/videos) has never worked - it does not show you what images/videos are performing best. Instead, it says “no creatives found” - and these are campaigns with lots of ads, creatives, and spend. It has worked in the past a few times briefly - but 99% of the time, you get the "no creatives found" message.

Customer journey - This almost never shows any data. Again, 99% of the time it's just a blank screen that says no pixel data - even though it has all of the pixel data and clearly is showing the other metrics.

Incorrect metric labeling - for example, when metrics like your cost per click decrease, it’s labeled in red like it’s a bad thing when in actuality, it’s a good thing. Or when your cost of acquisition goes UP - it’s labeled in green (obviously should be red). This is the case with lots of the metrics so you have to carefully review each metric.

Their latest update also says they’ve added lead tracking - I’m using it for leads but have to track them as purchases in order to make the tracking work. I’d love to change it over to lead tracking but there’s no place within Growify to actually specify leads vs sales. So…where’s this update?

There are many more problems but you get it.

Here’s the positive side: When it works and tracks data, the dashboard/look is nice. It’s an easier/more pleasing way to look at ***some of*** your data and so I've continued to use it for that reason. However, it's SO different than what I thought I was buying based on their appsumo page and website descriptions and support is a joke. But I ran past the refund period so I had to accept that this is just a supplemental tool rather than the reliable full funnel tracking platform I thought I was purchasing.

Either way, they’ve EARNED this 1-star review. They’ve had 1 year to reply to all of the support chats and emails. I’ve sent MANY of them looking for help. They also lack the primary features/benefits which were the reason I purchased this in the first place (i.e. AI recommendations/predictions).

Zero response... nothing has been addressed.
This is sad, could have been a good tool, but it's not even working, and the data is erroneous.
I don't usually, but I am requesting a refund on this.

I was speaking with support, and they completely stopped responding.
The tool has some clear issues where it is reporting on platforms that are not even integrated (probably the 'AI' portion getting lost on what data it should be using).
The basic metrics are also not accurate for some of the reports, so I currently can't trust anything the dashboard is showing me.

Support hasn't responded for over a week, not to the chat or the email. So, just one taco.

I am so glad I found this product because it's incredibly easy to use AND allows us to replace costly products like Hyros. I love that it can connect to multiple platforms and ad accounts without having to pay more. Great product, easy to use UI - thanks!

While I have not have time to use this product extensively, it provides many functionalities that are important for picking out the best performing copies and also tracking performance which is already a big plus given the price point of their competitors for the same tools. Everything that we have tested has been going smoothly and set up was hassle free. Customer support was also prompt and helpful.
