I see one of the line items in the table mentions 'Custom payment gateway', does this mean we can build an integration with our own payment gateway instead of Stripe & Paypal? We have customers in countries which aren't supported by those gateways and I want to ensure we'll be able to process payments from them.
Another question - since you are not the actual platform that hosts the Webinar session (video streaming), does that mean I can host a 'Webinar' on your platform but have it linked to a Zoom Meeting / Google Meet (i.e saving some of the expenses of Zoom Webinars extension) ?
Also I see you offer 'Live Chat' I suppose that is on top of the existing chat that platforms like Zoom / Google Meet are already providing? Are users just switching tabs / apps to use your chat? How does it work if someone joins from mobile?
A: Hey @antonolsh, thanks for reaching out and for the questions. I'll answer them one by one.
1. Regarding the custom payment gateway reference, this actually just refers to the fact that you can use your own Stripe and PayPal accounts as opposed to our own escrow style setup. It doesn't mean that you can roll your own or build your own integration into it.
A: Hey @sallybloom, thanks for reaching out. API and webhook support is available on T5, and so I'm afraid it's not available on the T2 tier.
Do note also that this is a raw webhook output and not a direct and specific integration for Pabbly, Albalto, Make, etc - though certainly we do have customers who have used it for that purpose.
Q: Are you going to support Razorpay in 2 or 3 months for sure?
Hi, Heysummit won't be of much use for us without Razorpay. So I would like to get your confirmation before buying. Are you going to support Razorpay in 2 or 3 months for sure?
Yes, 100% RazorPay is on our roadmap to include. We can't provide exact timings at this stage, but I think it's reasonable that it will be included in the next two to three months. Obviously, if we can roll it out quicker than that, we will.
The team is currently focused on building out the beta of our new streaming studio, and so once we have the beta out for that, we can then...
I purchased Tier 3, which provided 3 separate activation codes, and I first activated one code a month ago. I started trying out the product (which so far looks promising). I am still within the 60 day period, and today I activated the other 2 codes I purchased. They are now showing in my HeySummit account as "Stacked codes", as expected. However, in the Billing area of my account it shows "Attendee Registrations:" to be limited to the Tier 1 amount of 1,500. I have tried logging out and logging in. Is the Tier 3 limit actually 10,000, or is there an issue with applying activation codes to my account?
A: Thanks so much for reaching out and sorry to hear you had some issues syncing. I'll have the team look into it in case there's a sync issue, but in order to resolve this issue on your account, if you can please email support@heysummit.com. We can then look up your account specifically and perform a manual sync if needed.
A: Hey, great question! All depends on your goals, of course, but the most common ways to make money through a platform like HeySummit is to run paid events and charge access to those tickets. There are multiple different ways you can do that, so you could even have a free event where you charge for add-ons or a free event where you simply make money through sponsorship. There's lots of different...

Q: CRM and Pabbly Webhook integration in Tier 2
