That is definitely very worrying, I was going to buy a code, but can't trust a brand which doesn't answer for nearly a month because it goes to show the kind of setup in the backend, probably a one man show who is on a holiday or stuck in an emergency and I don't want to risk the app shutting down due to their unavailability.
Q: 3 business user account logons
1.As each code can be used for 3 businesses, does or can each business create use separate email account/users 2. Does each business create have the ability to have it’s own domain cname
A: 1. Yes, you can either manage all businesses under the same account, or use the same code to upgrade separate accounts for different businesses. 2. Yes, each business can have its own custom domain (CNAME) configured.
A: Hello! Currently, only Google Drive is supported, but we plan to add more cloud storage integrations soon — including OneDrive, Dropbox, and S3-compatible. 😊
Hi, I just bought a license but realised that I cannot upload unlimited business receipts so that my accountant can view them. Surely this should be a standard inclusion of this software? When I deleted my "test" upload, it did not change the number of credits remaining. This means that if you make a mistake and upload the wrong receipt, you can't change it without being charged an additional upload credit. I'll be asking for a refund immediately in this instance. I may as well use my current software that charges a monthly fee. It includes more!
Q: Can I have 2 separate types/ templates of invoices with different logos and brand name under 1 property?
Under 1 business name, I have 2 different brands with different websites, logos, entirely different sets of activities, and different end consumers/customers. Can I have two separate templates of the invoices for each brand?
The business brand applies to all your invoices and other document types. If you’d like to use different logos, themes, domains, etc., you can create a new business under the same account. Using multiple brand colors and logos within one business is uncommon and may confuse your clients.

Hi! Any plans for a OneDrive integration since you already have Google Drive?
