Q: Does Jamy Support Zoho Calendar? How About Dialpad?
Hey Team,
Three questions. First does Jamy integrate with Zoho Calendar or allow for a custom calendar link to be shared so that it knows which meetings to join?
Second, does Jamy sync with any video conferencing platforms outside of Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams? Most platforms sync with these by default, but some allow for easy transcription if they are added to another platform.
And that leads to my final query, can you manually add Jamy to a specific calendar invite or call via a specific email address or invite address?
A: 1. We dont integrate with Zoho Calendar at the moment. But you could integrate it using our API: https://docs.jamy.ai. Just use the Create Manual Meeting endpoint
2. We also sync with webex :)
3. Yes, you can do this with the endpoint i mentioned i 1 ot also via our web app with the create meeting button in the calendar view
Q: Can you consider improving Tier 5 Given that Tiers 1 to 4 have had features added?
Hi
Given that more and more features are being included in the levels 1 to 4, I feel that the tier 5 deal I bought 'has lost some of its value', given its $200 dollars extra that tier 4, this being the largest financial gap between any 2 consecutive tiers.
What new features are planned for the premium tier moving forward? knowing this will make tier 5 more attractive. Could you consider putting some phone minutes on every month as part of the tier 5 deal.
I want to hold on to my tier 5 deal, please consider making more attractive in light of changes you have made to tiers 1 to 4.

Q: Can I purchase this on my personal email but then use it on my work email?
If I changed jobs or if my company gets acquired, the work email would change. Hence I want to purchase it on my personal email, but have this read my Google Workplace account?
If the bot joins my work meetings will it show my work profile or personal profile?
Not specifically. But we are working on a Chrome Extension that would allow us to do this
Q: Can you share more about the chat feature?
I currently use fathom and after every meeting I can use the ASKFATHOM feature to answer questions specifically about that one particular meeting. Is this what the chat function in tier 5 is? Also want to know if you plan on having similar features to Fathom Ai. Some of the features I love on fathom are that 1) I can switch between different types of summaries after the recording has been created 2) it allows me to click and get a pre-written email to send with the to-dos and a well written message that goes with the town and style of the meeting and 3) I can create specific clips of moments in the call and download those clips to send as is. Looking forward to learning more about this I’m intrigued by the multi language option as I anticipate more Spanish meetings towards the end of the year. Thanks for taking the time to read & respond

Apr 20, 2025A: 1. Yes, that’s exactly the chat feature. You can also ask questions about the meetinh and receive responses via slack
2. You can use Custom Templates to personlize your reports and you can also add custom sections to the report after the meeting is done.
3. We don’t have the email meeting feature currently. But that is cool, we can add it.
