Q: stripe set up

I am having trouble figuring out how to set up stripe and do a test transaction, I am logged into stripe and it says I am in test mode but when i run a transactions I get a declined and it tells me I am in live mode and to not use a test card. the documentation on stripe mentions checking the API s but I dont see any API in Lapsula, could you please tell me how to properly test sale of my services

Q: when you embed a specific service can I enable the description somehow, or can i display a group of services

when i embed i loose the description of the service, when i embed all services I get a description but i dont want to display all , just a group of them, is there a way to select which ones to view so I can see the description when I embed or maybe an option to display by category so it grouped.

A: Hi! 👋

You can create a group service from the "Services" section. Then, go to "Bookings" and create group events by clicking on any empty slot in the calendar.

We will eventually release a video explaining all aspects of this feature, but we are still polishing a few aspects of it.

Q: When booking it pre select the time blocks, so if i offer a 20 minute consultation, it allows booking at 2 then 220

then 2:40, 3pm , etc, is there a way to set it up so it gives some the option to book at 2:10 or 2:30pm since the whole hour is open?

If you set the employee schedule to start at 2:10, then subsequent available slots will be offered every 20 minutes (e.g., 2:30, 2:50, and so on). You can set this up in the "Schedules" section.
