Can I create separate pages for Group A, Group B, and Group C, and have each customer log in to each page with a password and
Can I sell at each group's price?
We currently expect to have about 13 groups.
Also, if that is possible, would that service work for Tier 1?

Is it possible to add a remarks field to the purchase?
Can you include a remarks field there, such as this description in the sample in the field there?
Also, is it possible to make that remarks field mandatory?
The remarks field is required due to the nature of the product.

When uploading products via CSV, please include the date and time of the limited time offer.
Can I set the date and time of the limited time offer together with the product?

A: A: Currently, LaunchMyStore does not support group-based login access with unique pricing per group. This feature isn’t available in Tier 1 or any tier at the moment. However, you can explore workarounds like creating separate private store links or hidden products per group, though group-based pricing logic would need custom implementation.

Q: visual learner - non physical product mock demo request and confirmation of what we can do as non physical merchant

1)I have seen demos for physical products but please can you do a demo for non physical as this is what you also do offer. I need to see to know if I should keep this as Im in wellness and create digital product and host online things they will want to attend.
The appearance of the store for a digital / online events is difficult to visualise or do.

2)I also want to know if I can sell things where they buy to gain access to online events
- please explain - it would simply be so they can get the digital product and /or pay to attend an online session event form the LMS .

3)is there scope for them to sign up to show interest ?

4) must i offer the access to the event in the description of the digital product so they just buy it in the one purchase?

5) can i sell a gift voucher?
6) do whats app widgets work?

Besides upsells and bump offers, do you have downsell functionality? Meaning, offering a lower-priced alternative if the upsell is declined.

Do you have countdown timers directly to products on sale, both in the cart and on the checkout pages?

I understand you have WYSIWYG editor. But is it possible to customise the page using our own HTML/CSS codes?

Q: Countdown timer with offer page

Is it possible to create a landing page for user to opt in to a free download and sign up to my mailing list, and once the user completed that step, the system presents a sales page with a countdown timer to buy something at a heavily discounted price?

How does it work and what is required to make them all work seamlessly together?

So the workflow is, user enter name and email address, user gets directed to sales page with countdown timer and payment form to make a purchase before the timer ends.
