Hey, is it possible to have projects assigned to multiple clients? Example: Say we are running digital ads for 15 clients, could there be one PPC project assigned to all 15 clients?
A: It's not possible to assign projects to multiple clients; however, you can create a template project and duplicate it for each new client including all project's tasks. Tasks are always assigned to a project.
A: You can do it via Zapier now. Syncing of Google Calendar with timesheets isn't in the plan for the nearest future. We only plan to export leaves to Google Calendar
Does this tool drill down into the day to show scheduled breaks, lunches etc? Does it do forecasts based on a target/historic SLA? Does it incorporate AI, and if it does, how?
A: We don't have scheduled breaks or lunches. But you can check the user timeline and see all pauses, used apps, and user activity score.
