Hey, How do i make the integration to collect and pull existing google reviews into the app?
Do I need to be owner/manager of the google Business profile? Or do I need to do the authentication? or does it just scrape the data?
I just want to know how difficult it is to do this.... I dont want to annoy and scare my clients by asking them to go through too much verification processes. Thanks alot!!
Oh and what are your thoughts around whatsapp for review requests? is it possible in the future?
I represent various schools. Generating positive reviews is a huge must for us. I can see using this once per client, and then recommending each buy their own monthly subscription. So I have two questions: 1) Does this connect directly to school review websites like Niche.com, School Digger.com, and the like? 2) Do you offer a paid affiliate program?
A: 1. You can request reviews on any website, it just won't pull those reviews back in automatically (except for Google). But you can import them via CSV. I just launched a way to import reviews via URLs, and it's possible down the line I can add to that if the platforms do not have their own APIs to work with. It works with 4 major platforms right now.
2. I will be this year. I plan to end the deal this year and enter the next stage of growth. I will announce that to all users.
I would buy this if there was something that didn't cap out the number of review requests being sent out. We are using our own twilio sms so you don't incur costs there and you could do the same thing for sending out email requests.
A: The product still has costs associated with it. There are still resources being used to process and send the requests. The product practically is unlimited though with that one exception. But you can stack more codes to get plenty of monthly requests regardless. I chose to price it by request a while back, but I will be changing the pricing model this year.
Hi Scott - what happens when you change your pricing model for those who bought/stacked? As your current monthly is $519/month and $5,604/year for 25,000 requests per month which is steep when compared with other white label agency platforms.

Each code will give you another 5,000 monthly, FYI.
Beyond the 25,000 ?
Yes. I think it is capped at 21 codes.

If the deal is over and you reach out to support, I’ll issue you more codes.
Q: Does this have the ability to embed reviews in a slider or carousel? Also any CSS customization capabilities?
