Q: Pre-sale Question About Negative Review Handling & White Label Use
Hi there,
I really like your product More Good Reviews and I’m planning to purchase it with the white label option to use it with my own clients.
Before moving forward, I just had a quick question:
If someone submits a negative review (e.g., low star rating) through the feedback request flow — does More Good Reviews detect that and prevent it from being published directly to Google?
In other words, does your system give me (or my clients) the chance to handle the unhappy customer privately via the dashboard, before the review gets pushed to the Google Business Profile?
This kind of feature is really important to ensure we can respond and resolve issues before they go public.
A: Yes it does. In a couple ways. The rating and review is recorded privately in the platform if negative. And if positive it can present links to 3rd party sites or redirect to one or more sites by splitting traffic to multiple review sites. One caveat, the platform cannot send a review to another platform. The customer has to copy/paste or post a review directly there. Very few sites have...
A: 3 codes or more unlocks an agency white label, where you can white label the whole product for your clients. You can read about it here: https://docs.moregoodreviews.com/agencies/white-label
Q: Can I use More Good Review for Various Clients?
As a publicist, I would like to use something like More Good Reviews for both my own business and my various clients' businesses. Can I do so through an Appsumo purchase? For example, say I want to place this on 20 client websites as well as mine. Would I be able to email request under clients' domains? Is that possible under a single purchase here? If so, is there a certain tier I should buy? Thank you.
A: Hi. You should get tier 3 (at least 3 codes), to unlock the agency white label and invite clients to it. There is no limit on the number of projects.
There is not much setup needed. Just import your customers, turn on "automate" in the sidebar, and it can request reviews from your customers. We do have a getting started checklist that should help you get going. A lot of the settings are optional, like setting up a sending domain, CNAME, customizing email templates and review page, etc. You can sign up for free and have a look around first.
It depends on the demand for it. You can suggest it here so others can vote on it: https://feedback.moregoodreviews.com - I don't think it is too difficult to add. Just a time commitment.
