MS Outlook best practices at the moment - 5 cold emails/day Google say - 10-15/day
If I'd want to hit the 700k or 1M emails/month with the corresponding lifetime deals, I'd need a lot more inboxes so around 4000-8000 if just talking outlook.
I've seen on "fair-use" document that you only allow up to 800 mailboxes n the highest plans.
Q: Clarification on Tier 3 send limits vs. best practices
Hi Nureply team — I’m considering Tier 3, which says you can send up to 160,000 emails per month. I know good cold outreach practice is to limit each properly warmed, domain-based inbox to about 30–50 cold emails per day to keep deliverability healthy.
So to realistically reach 160,000 per month, it seems I’d need over 100 warmed-up inboxes running at once. I know your platform supports multiple inboxes (I’m already warming more than one now), but I’d love to hear:
How many inboxes do you see your Tier 3 users actually managing in practice?
Does your platform help coordinate large-scale multi-inbox campaigns easily?
Any best practices for keeping deliverability strong at this kind of volume?
Thanks so much for clarifying — looking forward to hearing how you recommend scaling this the smart way!

So if you want 10 accounts you'll need minimum five domains and you'll...
UPDATE: I got all my issues solve after several email exchanges. The boarding technical process is far to be intuitive and easy. That is probably the nature of the Cold Email itself.
Dear,
I submitted a support ticket over 24 hours ago and was informed that it was being reviewed, but I have yet to receive any updates.
Currently, all nine of my email addresses are experiencing issues: one shows a "Delivery Warning" and the other eight display "ERROR." Additionally, the SPF status for all addresses indicates "FAIL," even though external SPF checkers confirm that the configuration is correct.
At this point, none of my email addresses are functioning, and I am unable to proceed with my work while waiting indefinitely for a response.
Could you please prioritize my ticket and expedite the resolution of this issue? Thank you

Q: Email Limit
Quick question about email account limits:
MS Outlook best practices at the moment - 5 cold emails/day
Google say - 10-15/day

I've seen on "fair-use" document that you only allow up to 800 mailboxes n the highest plans.
This is my only bottleneck with this tool.
Would the higher plans allow for more senders?
Thanks,

Jul 17, 2025A: To simulate this for you i would need to know
1. How many contacts
2. How many followup emails
3. Wait time between emails
I can then simulate this for you and provide some estimates.
